Our payments are securely processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email and we'll process the refund through Stripe on your behalf. Refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After the 30-Day Window
After 30 days, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals, but past charges are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law or at our discretion.
Processing Time
